In what currency is the artwork for sale?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Where do you ship?
I offer shipping within Australia, shipping prices vary with both artwork and your location. However, if you are overseas and interested in purchasing an artwork, then please contact me at [email protected] to discuss.
Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part of in full by Mahala Magins unless stated on artwork.
When will my order be shipped?
Artworks 60 cm squared and under will be shipped within 10 business days with Australian Post, though arrival times may vary depending on final destination and time of year [ie. christmas/holiday periods may delay arrival].
For artworks over 60 cm squared I use City Fast Couriers, they are efficient and I have total trust in them to deliver your artwork free of any damage. City Fast consignments will arrive within 14 business days of being shipped.
If your order is a gift and you need it earlier than the above mentioned times, then please email me for arrangements.
What is the artist's return policy?
Due to the small and exclusive nature of my practice, all items are non-refundable, and I do not cancel orders once they have been placed.
The colours look different on my screen compared to what I have received, why is that?
Due to the nature of camera sensors and different computer screens, I cannot 100% guarantee that the colours shown on the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colour representation.
I do, however, spend quite some time photographing the artwork and I do my best to make sure that the pictures represented are as close to the original artwork as possible.
If you are unsure about the colour of an artwork you are looking at, then please do not hesitate to contact Mahala Magins before purchasing the artwork.
Can I visit the artist’s studio?
I generally accommodate most requests to visit the studio, though it is important to email to arrange an appropriate time for both parties.
